I am an Executive Pathfinder and Leadership Coach.  I’ve helped numerous Fortune 500 companies and thousands of corporate executives and professionals around the globe blast through hidden barriers to maximize their return on effort and surpass even their most challenging goals … all while achieving greater levels of personal balance and fulfillment. I’ve been a corporate executive, founded three successful companies, authored a bestselling book and even hosted a national TV special.

As a consultant to a broad range of businesses and executive coach to top talent, I’m passionate about creating alignment between organizational needs and individual talents in order to accelerate performance and create a culture of success and significance. My rich and diverse experience has taught me a lot about what makes companies succeed and individuals excel and I apply this intelligence daily in my work  – whether that is helping organizations create the conditions where top talent thrives or supporting rising stars to prepare them to grow into their next position.

She resides in Vancouver, Canada with her husband and young son who inspires and exhausts her daily.
